Description
An astringent kaki long grown for the quality of the ripe fruit rather than for convenience, and one of the cultivars usually named alongside ‘Hachiya’ when the astringent group is described.
The record is deliberately short. The sources consulted place it firmly in the astringent group and say little else that can be stated as fact, so origin, fruit description and hardiness are left empty and print as not recorded.
Where to find it
No source recorded. That does not mean the cultivar is unavailable, only that this record does not yet name a nursery carrying it. Point us at one and it goes in.
