Description
The first of the Nova Scotia releases, out of the Kentville Research Station in 1954, and an open-pollinated seedling of one of the two Adams clones — the sources do not settle which.
That uncertainty is recorded rather than resolved. ‘Adams No. 1 or Adams No. 2’ is what the literature says, and picking one would make the pedigree look firmer than it is.
